MAINTENANCE FEES

The total cost of maintenance fee is 15% of the original purchase price (not discountable) of your villa, paid once and forever on signing the purchase contract or when move in (Key Turn).

WATER & ELECTRIC SUPPLY

Water and Electricity supply connection to a Villa as well as prepaid Electric Counter, 2 Water Counters and handling fees are settled to be paid 50.000 EGP. The prices are set by the Governmental Authority.

Our lawyer will help you to register legally all three counters under your name.

FULL PAYMENT:

5% Reservation - 95% on signing the purchase contract *** If FULL PAYMENT - DISCOUNT of the original price to be provided.

PAYMENT WITH INSTALLMENTS

PAYMENTS PLANS for UNFINISHED VILLAS (43-202).Move in after approximately 1.5 year.

• 1 year - Down payment: 20% - After 1 months: 20% - After 2 months: 10% - 50% during 1 year - Interest: 0%.
